Professeur Emmanuel Essissima

Professeur Emmanuel Essissima started Savate with the legendary savate Professeur Guy Proust. In 1978 two great masters of the ring meet in competition. Here is the first time when  Savatier and a Savateur meet . Professeur Essissima wins over the idol of Boxe Francaise Patrick Aguais to unify the federations. He is credited to spreading savate to Central Africa.
